Laura grew up in Southern Virginia, where she attended James Madison University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.

She has spent the last nine years practicing Internal and Family Medicine, and has a passion for educating patients to help them be an active part of their healthcare.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, running, baking and spending time with her family.

Prior to obtaining her license as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Jonith worked in the Neonatal ICU as an RN, where she received valuable experience in patient care.

While she continues to have a passion for pediatrics, she enjoys helping all patients achieve their goals and promote overall wellness and self esteem.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Antonio is a graduate of the University of Texas – Arlington, where he achieved his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. A collegiate cross country and track athlete, he looks to help promote strength and conditioning with all populations.  His bilingual background with Spanish and English helps to utilize his knowledge to provide top level care to all patients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and exercising.

Cael Halfman, D.C. is a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While at Palmer, Dr. Halfman interned in the Palmer College Rehabilitation Clinic. Dr. Halfman has an interest in interdisciplinary care, which led him to completing an interdisciplinary rotation with the Community Health Center in the Quad Cities.
