We are seeking a driven D.C. to lead our physical medicine and rehabilitation team. Our energetic team of compassionate and caring professionals, which consists of a D.C., NP/PA, M.D., Medical Assistants and Exercise Physiologists all work closely together and strive to provide the highest level of care in the industry.

It is imperative that you have a focus of rehabilitation, biomechanics and manual therapy and requires you to understand the benefits of a multi-disciplinary program.

It’s also a must have a strong belief in imaging and utilizing as a part of your treatment program.

Performing functional movement assessments and being able to apply to the patient’s treatment plan is requirement for this position.

It is crucial to be upbeat and motivated to lead patients towards better health. Getting involved in the community as well as with various athletic programs and school sports is required.

The position will include the responsibility of providing a safe, healthy, and rewarding environment for all our patients to achieve optimal outcomes.

DC Job Responsibilities:

Restores patient’s function, alleviates pain, and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical medicine.

DC Job Duties:

  • Meets the patient’s goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results, determining physical medicine treatment plans in consultation with physicians and/or by prescription.
  • Administers physical medicine treatments by giving manual therapy; applying physical agents; moist packs and ultrasound machines; directing treatments given by exercise physiologist.
  • Evaluates effects of physical medicine treatments and fit of orthotic devices by observing, noting, and evaluating patient’s progress, recommending adjustments and modifications.
  • Completes discharge planning by consulting with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health care workers, contributing to patient care conferences.
  • Assures continuation of therapeutic plan by recommending and/or providing assertive equipment, recommending health follow-up programs.
  • Documents patient care services by charting in EHR.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects practice operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional laws.
  • Contributes to team effort with leadership and by accomplishing related results as needed.

  • Clinical: new graduate or 1+ year
  • Chiropractic License (Required)
